Mental illness can pose unique challenges to personal and professional development.

The aim of this program is to provide solutions, direction, and accountability unique to those with mental health challenges. It is a systematic approach to befriending your emotions, managing symptoms, levelling up your resilience, and building the habits and routines you need to not only survive, but thrive.

About the program

The Mental Health Coaching Program I’ve put together is based on many years of personal study and experience. It is the cumulation of every technique I’ve learned and self-help book I’ve read to try and heal myself and in-turn, live up to my fullest potential.

“Life Coaching” doesn’t generally cater to people who can’t get out of bed, let alone set and achieve ambitious goals. Before we can get to that point, we must address the emotional addictions, behavioural patterns, and beliefs that are holding us back.

As a natural evolutionary process, we develop coping strategies to help us survive our circumstances. While these protective strategies were just what we needed at the time, they become maladaptive over time once we’re no longer under threat. Many of us carry over unhealthy coping techniques, patterns, and beliefs into adulthood and wonder why we’re depressed.

Using principles from Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and Psychology, this 3-month program will help you address your past conditioning and create systems and strategies for greater well-being and success.

We will start with your past, addressing it briefly. As I’ve said a million times, there is no replacement for psychotherapy.
It is an indispensable tool for self-discovery, especially as it pertains to your childhood and past. So I leave that to the therapists.
Your journey with me toward mental wellness will be one of forward momentum. Ideally you are coming into the program with clear therapeutic insights which we will use to develop your agenda. If not, don’t worry. We can talk more about this later.

  • Physical techniques such as EFT and TRE

Committing to a timeframe of intentional & challenging work is the only way to create a lasting impact on your mental health. Anything else is just a bandaid solution.

Option One - Monthy

Option Two - One time payment

This is for the full 3 months which includes 12 coaching sessions and communication and support in-between sessions as well! This comes to about $80 per session (or per week), which is an insanely affordable price to pay for your mental wellbeing. Book a consultation to learn more!
