About me

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally exhausted—and to have no idea why. For years, I lived with chronic stress, depression, pain, and a sense of confusion about what was happening in both my mind and body. The journey toward healing changed everything—and eventually led me here.

Today, I’m a trauma-informed mental health coach and an emerging integrative counsellor completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My work is grounded in compassion, science, and personal experience. I’ve lived through trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxious attachment, and nervous system overwhelm—and I bring that insight into every session with humility and care.

I work through an integrative lens—one that honours both the emotional and physiological layers of healing.

My approach draws from:

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and trauma-sensitive cognitive approaches

Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based strategies

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) with Dr. Howard Schubiner

Somatic and nervous system regulation practices

Mindfulness and meditation, including RYT-200 and intensive Vipassana training
