Meet your coach
First and foremost , I am not a doctor.
Mental health has been the greatest challenge of my lifetime.
Having gone through my own journey with mental illness, my expertise is based on decades of personal experience and study.
Deeply attuned to the needs of others, I feel it’s my calling to facilitate the very process of self-discovery that led to my own healing. Keep in mind that healing is not a linear process — it’s more like an upward spiral. My depression isn’t cured, and I will always have to work harder than many to regulate my emotions and calm my nervous system. Acceptance and self-compassion have been essential components of my journey.
As mentioned above, I am NOT a doctor. Rather, I am someone just like you whose conditioning was less than ideal. My adolescence was turbulent and traumatic, and as a result, I was left to navigate the harsh realities of this world with many unmet emotional and psychological needs. But the silver lining is that I’ve discovered many critical tools and systems for working with depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorders, that I can now share with others. This has provided me with a sense of purpose I had been searching for my entire life.
I’m a Published Author!
Before I get to my qualifications, I want to share with you my NEW BOOK, Level Up!
It’s full of practical exercises to improve your Mental Toughness — something I believe to be a buffer for depression and anxiety.
The activities in Level Up aim to enhance your emotional wellness and ability to deal with stress and challenges — many of which are based on coping strategies and techniques that I developed as a way to survive.

I’ve never been able to fit myself into one box. When I finally accepted that fact and became a multi-passionate freelancer, I found more fulfillment.
In addition to helping others find purpose and healing, I satisfy my creative urges by working in film and television in the assistant directing and wardrobe departments.
There is so much more to life than climbing the corporate ladder or trying to impress others with our career status. Living like this leads to unmet needs and desires that negatively impact our mental health. Living with a sense of purpose, prioritizing pleasure, and optimizing wellbeing is my new definition of success.
