I’m Michelle Ribeiro, an emerging integrative counsellor and trauma-informed coach. I work with adults navigating anxiety, emotional sensitivity, burnout, and patterns of disconnection or self-doubt. These aren’t personal failures—they’re protective strategies that developed in response to lived experience.
